Interview with Paul Romer

Paul Romer, economist, is one of the Nobel Prize candidates of Economics. He remarks that if the countries improve on their norms, they will grow quicklier. He adds that nowadays the most important norms are these related with the financial sector and how we can change them in order to brake booms and falls. (La Vanguardia, November 4, 2009)
